Life That Shines Christian women’s life coaching was created to encourage, support and speak life and biblical truth over women who are looking to enrich their personal and spiritual lives and find freedom in their identity as a daughter of The Most High.
As a certified Christian life coach, my practice is centered around biblical truth to bring inner healing, clarity, revelation and encouragement. This is done, not by my own strength or accreditation, but by inviting the Holy Spirit into every session and by asking the Lord to bring the revelation and inner healing that each client needs in His timing.

What is Christian life coaching?
Christian Life Coaching uses biblical truth to help clients progress in their personal & spiritual lives in order to attain greater fulfillment. A life coach walks alongside clients to help them uncover areas in their lives that require revelation, clarity, wisdom or healing so that they can experience freedom in all areas of their lives and live fully as God intended.
is life coaching the same as therapy or counselling?
Life coaching is not the same as therapy or counselling. If you are currently experiencing trauma or a mental health crisis or have recently experienced trauma or a mental health crisis you would be best served by seeing a licensed therapist or professional in psychotherapy.
You may still be able to work with a Christian life coach alongside seeing a therapist or counsellor at the coach’s discretion.

What can I expect during a coaching call?
You can expect a safe space to share your thoughts and feelings. Expect the call to be centered around prayer and inviting the Holy Spirit to guide the session. Some calls will include a short “listening time” where you will quietly reflect about what we have discussed and prayed about.
